1/6 Scale - Repainting Equipment

Finally I got a decent matt lacquer and a decent rust effect. I decided to improve the equipment already painted by me.

I also show the effect of glass on the binoculars using still watter from Vallejo.

Body: DID D80037 WWII Germany SA Sturmabteilung Otto Bittman. Wehrmacht Panzer Uniform with Italian Camouflage. Fake Leather boots, belt and pistol holster, Metal MP40 and now with gloves and a DML SS Jerrycan (he found it in the battlefront).

1/6 Scale German WW2 - Waffen SS Sturmmann - Normandy 1944

Another WIP (Work In Progress). A 1/6 scale Waffen SS - SS-Sturmmann (SS-Assault man/Storm trooper) in Normandy 1944.

The head is Dragon 70339 from the "Oscar McKinnon", Special Air Service Commando, 2nd SAS Regiment, NW Europe 1944 (Private)". The uniform and equipment are all Dragon except a few scratchbuild. Just look at the chicken wire on the helmet. Many to do until the end...

Deutsches Afrikakorps NCO Squad Leader, Feldwebel Egon Metzler. From Dragon 2001.

Made by Dragon Models Limited (DML) item number 70112 in 2001, this a 1/6 action figure. A NCO (non-commissioned officer or noncommissioned officer) Squad Leader from Deutshes Afrikakorps (DAK) in North Africa 1942. In German is unteroffizier.

This is a fully equiped figure like was sell in that time. I dont have the original box. Standard tropical uniform and equipment used by the DAK. Here goes the pictures update:

My Waffen SS 1/6 Action Figures updated:

There are custom and created from with equipment and uniforms from various sources. Also they are modified and repainted too look like I want.

On the first picture from left to right: Kurt Meyer nicknamed Panzermeyer a SS Sturmbannführer (Major), Richard Schlemm a SS-Standartenjunker (Officer Aspirant), Herbert Zeller a Schütze Mann (soldier) and Otto Bon a Schütze Mann (soldier) - Grenadier MG34 Machine Gunner. Enjoy:

Custom 1/6 Scale WWII Western Front 1944 – Schütze "Karl"

This a new WIP (work in progress) figure representing a Wehrmacht Grenadier Soldier in the Western Front - France in 1944 armed with a Stielgranate 41, a Kar98 and a Panzerfaust 60. I use all of my spare equipment available to look like a soldier in that year. Was the kind of set that was use by the Wehrmacht in Normandy.

Is a DID body: Karl Stroop (Feldgendarmerie DID 001102) and have mixes of equipment and uniform from Dragon DID and 21st Century.

What I like more in this scale is that I can mess around with figures, equipment and uniforms to have the most possible perfect custom:

Custom 1/6 Scale Figure Schütze Mann from SS Totenkopf Division

This is a old DID (Dragon in Dreams) body (Herbert Zeller) with Dragon uniform, boots and other equipment, DID Y Straps Ultimate and Soldier-21st Century Toys equipment. Most of The equipment including the helmet was repainted too look more realistic. The MP40 is metal and also was repainted.

This is a figure that I was updating over the time as I have new things or ideias to use on it. So looks like is some how finished for now. The last update was Dragon Jack Boots and ensignias: Close combat badge and 2º Clase Iron Cross Ribon. I try to have it look like a badass...

Dragon – 1/6 Scale WWII Western Front 1944 – Schütze "Peck"

This is my first 2018 action figure. Is a custom Dragon 1/6 Scale – New Generation Life Action Figures Series – WWII Western Front 1944 – Schütze ("rifleman" or "shooter") "Peck" from unknow Wehrmacht unit.

This figure is originaly a body and head sculpt from Peck a Dragon pack of Hunt and Peck, 1/6 US Army M1919 Machine Gun Team Two-Pack, Dragon 70214. Is head have the number 347.

For now is a German Schütze and goes to customs. Here goes some preliminary pictures and info:
